Goa Police Department Recruitment 2021 Short Note:  Director General of Police, Government of Goa, Police Headquarter, Panaji has invited an application form for recruitment of eligible candidates for various posts like SI (Sub Inspector), ASI (Assistant Sub Inspector), Police Constable, Searcher, Photographer, Laboratory Technician, Stenographer, LDC (Lower Division Clerk) in Goa Police Department.

Interested Candidates should read Complete Official Notification (Advt No:- 1/2021) Published by Director General of Police, Government of Goa, Police Headquarter, Panaji  before applying to ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria of recruitment.

Vacancy Details

1. Police Sub Inspector 

• Age Limits: 20-28 Years
• No of Post: 145 (Male-122/Female-23)
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream OR Intermediate (12th) from a recognized board of India and Diploma in Security & Investigation Technology.

2. Police Constable 

• Age Limits: 18-28 Years
• No of Post: 857 (Male-720/Female-137)
• Educational Qualification: 10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent.

3. Searcher 

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 01
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from a recognized institute/University of India.

4. Assistant Sub Inspector (Wireless Operator)

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 06
• Educational Qualification: 10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent and Diploma in Electronics.

5. Photographer 

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 01
• Educational Qualification: 10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent and Diploma in Photography.

6. Laboratory Technician 

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 02
• Educational Qualification:  Bachelor Degree in Science from a recognized institute/University of India.

7. Police Constable (Bandman)

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 11
• Educational Qualification: 10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR ITI Certificate in Relevant Trade.

8. Police Constable (Mast Luskar)

• Age Limits: 18-22 Years
• No of Post: 01
• Educational Qualification:  10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent.

9. Stenographer 

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 10
• Educational Qualification:  10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent and Knowledge of Computer.

10. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• Age Limits: Not More than 45 Years
• No of Post: 34
• Educational Qualification:  10th (Metric) Passed/SSC OR Equivalent and Knowledge of Computer.

How to Apply

Interested candidates having Residence Certificate issued by Government of Goa, can apply offline by sending the prescribed format of application form which is available at  the Administrative Block, GRP Camp, Altinho, Panaji Goa from 10 AM to 5 PM on all working days to "The Police Headquarter, Panaji Goa." by Post or By  Hand on before last date i.e. 30 April 2021.
